Complete Process of FASTag Online Login Registration (Step-by-Step Guide):
STEP 1 : Visit the Official IHMCL FASTag Portal https://fastag.ihmcl.com.
STEP 2: On the home page click on “Login” option.
STEP 3: Enter Mobile Number, Password, Captcha Code and click on “Login” button.
STEP 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed.
STEP 5: Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your FASTag account dashboard.
STEP 6: The customer should select the “My Profile” option from the Dashboard Menu. If the KYC has already been submitted, the customer can view its status as either “Approved” or “Rejected“.
STEP 7: On the “My Profile” page, the customer has the option to select “KYC” under the switch tab.
STEP 8: Upon selecting the KYC page, the customer will see the following options. The customer must choose a category: either “Individual” or “Non-Individual“.
STEP 9: Upload the self-attested scanned copy of original ID proof documents, such as PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
STEP 10: Update the address to match the one provided in the submitted document.
STEP 11: Before submitting, the customer must select a mandatory declaration; otherwise, the KYC submission process will not proceed to the next stage.
